Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean. Location close to bus station.

It is about 10 minutes walk to the beach - not far, but not as nice as the beach hotels (but, on the plus side, you get good sleeps at night instead of resting in a party area).

More than optimum price/quality ratio, responsive staff, not so far from the sea, absence of the noise, cleanness of the room, wonderful view from the breakfast terrace, LCD TV in the room, balcony, modern conditioner, normal for 2-stars hotel breakfast, free internet.

View from the room is the balconies of another house, very close to my balcony and window, internet was not good, often disconnection without any control.

The hotel is just off the main street that leads to the harbour (about 7 mins walk) and really close to the bus station. It is on a hill so you get great views of the sea from the terrace on the top floor where breakfast is served. The rooms have balconies, some with a view. It is not on the seafront, but it is a good location handy for everything because the centre of Kas is small. It has a very friendly atmosphere; you are made to feel very welcome. Very clean and comfortable and also quiet when we were there.

The hotel is located near the bus station (otogar) and 4 minute walk from centre. Staff was very hospitable and attentive. Double room is not large, but very clean and cosy. We found even a complementary fruit bowl and chocolate in the room. Nice terrace with beautiful view.

It was a comfortable hotel with a great location just across the road from the bus stop. It's not fancy hotel but it was a clean budget hotel. For the price I paid it was as one would expect. It appears they are currently doing the hotel up which is exciting so I shall certainly stay there again next time to see the changes that have been made.
